MFA have been successful in achieving Planning Permission for the Provision of a mixed-use scheme in Maynooth Town Centre comprising of 115 No. Residential Apartments, Restaurant, Creche and Office Space in four building blocks. The Lyreen River bounds the site with all buildings being designed to create views looking onto the River and Park Lands. A courtyard has been designed providing an attractive communal open space for the residents while providing passive surveillance from the surrounding apartments. A new pedestrian boardwalk will run adjacent to the river providing connectivity to the site and surrounding Lands.
