This project involved the refurbishment of an existing industrial building in order to provide 1,138m2 of pharmaceutical warehouse and 1,066m2 of associated offices and labs. The works also involved alterations to the elevations of the building giving the older building a new facelift. MFA provided a full architectural service from planning through to handover.
